Happy Healthy Easter

I really try to avoid looking at other people's shopping baskets when I'm out and about. But sometimes I cannot help a two second glance whilst waiting in the queue for example. It never fails to surprise me how people still choose certain foods. I remain non-judgemental however! The food companies and advertising companies are partly to blame as they do influence people's food and drink choices and as I've mentioned before lead one astray to what they think maybe 'healthy'. Serrapeptase: The miracle enzyme

Recently a certain enzyme called Serrapeptase has been cropping up a lot in conversation. I have been researching it and have found information that correlates well and although I have not taken it yet myself, I am amazed of its supposed benefits.
