New research has suggested that 85% of people in the UK suffer from anxiety or stress. Eating well and getting in sufficient nutrients can help manage anxiety and keep the body and mind strong.  Also working on the breath by inhaling and exhaling deeper and slowly. For many of us breathing is involuntarily, i.e we don’t give it a second thought and with shallow breathing we are not ‘fully breathing’.
