Spring is here and the weather is getting warmer. This is a good time to start looking at all  areas of your life and identity where you are not fulfilled and what begin implementing steps to improve your lifestyle. This can include decluttering and letting go of things, people perhaps that no longer serve your highest good. We all have the same amount of time in the day, so how are you utilising yours? So where I am going with this?….. No need to de-tox, I say. Your body does this anyway, your liver is the organ that works 24 hours a day processing everything you eat and drink. If you support your liver function and eat clean as much as you can day to day then realistically speaking you don’t need to undergo any juice fasts or detox diets. Even to lose weight, you may lose some weight whilst on these diets, but its just temporary and chances are you will put the weight back on. These are signs you need more than a detox!
